Cor-Ban? 27L is a chromate free paste that has been approved as a replacement for chromate containing noncuring pastes. It will yield a smooth, non-drying, and even film that will yield excellent corrosion resistance. The product contains no chromates, asbestos, MoS2, or graphite. The working temperature range for Cor-Ban? 27L is typically -65°F to 180°F, but it has been successfully used in gearbox applications where temperatures can reach as high as 280°F.
